繼 Paul Potts 之後，英國選秀節目 Britain's Got Talent 又出現了一位奇葩，那就是來自蘇格蘭一個小鎮的 Susan Boyle。當她走上舞台時，平凡的外貌讓大家對她都沒有任何期待，但一開口隨即驚艷全場，而她的舉手投足間也流露出她的純真與教養， 真是一場令人動容的表演。下面就是她演唱著名音樂劇《悲慘世界》(Les Miserables) 裡的名曲 - 「I dreamed a dream」。

她說夢想成為像是 Elaine Paige 那樣的舞台劇歌后，所以也讓我們來欣賞她的偶像之表演。
一鳴驚人的 Susan Boyle 現在已經有後援會網站【Susan FanSite】囉！在這個網站的標題圖片可以看到一行字「Never judge a book by its cover」，譯成中文叫做「不要以貌取人」，我想包括我自己在內都不容易完全做到，只能時時提醒自己以謙卑的心尊重不同形式的人。

超感動的！不知她已經了多少磨難，才能站在那個舞台上，唱出她自己！看一遍哭一遍啊！
我也是聽到頭皮發麻！
她本身有這樣的天賦，
但人生的歷練讓她把歌曲表達得更有感情...
